•Lesions made up of punctate parenchymal haemorrhages or microhaemorrhages.

•Common to areas of the anterior temporal, frontal lobes & occipital lobes

•CT may be normal or minimal lesions

•MRI is better. On T2 – focal hyperintense lesions.
